Buckingham Palace Reveals New Details On King Charles' Cancer Diagnosis

King Charles III will officially continue his cancer treatment into 2025.

According to People, sources from Buckingham Palace spoke about the beloved royal's condition on Friday (December 20), citing "positivity" amid his care regimen.

"His treatment has been moving in a positive direction and as a managed condition the treatment cycle will continue into next year."

The 76-year-old announced that he was diagnosed with cancer in early February and has since been very open about his health. During a visit to Southport in August, the King told locals inquiring about his condition that he wasn't doing "too bad," and his since traveled across the globe (with wife Queen Camilla who is currently getting over pneumonia), and attended and hosted a handful of events.

While it was revealed that King Charles will continue cancer treatment into 2025, the public was not made privy to the exact form of cancer he battles.

The patriarch held his annual royal family Christmas lunch on Thursday (December 19) with a few of his relatives in attendance, excluding Prince William and Kate Middleton, along with their three children, Prince George, 11,ย Princess Charlotte, 9, andย Prince Louis, 6.

The royal family have plans to spend Christmas at their Sandringham Estate in Norfolk this year.
